a wonderful way to do both. First,you get to exercise without jarring your skeleton. Second, you immerse yourself in the intuitive and spiritual element of water. So find a pool near you, and take a swim today. Here is a verse to say before you go:

Give me the grace of falling rain.
Give me the strength of running tide.
Give me the power of water's force.
Make me healthy,
outside and inside.

Afterward, remember to thank the spirits of water for supporting you and for sharing their power.
