Visualize yourself in an energetic situation. See and feel yourself doing something exciting such as riding a roller coaster, dancing, or running. Quicken your breath. Transform the energy of the Earth and your body. Imagine it as a red sphere of gas glowing around you ever bigger and brighter. When you are ready, draw a deep breath in and let it out, dispersing the red ball into space. This releases the energy. Use this technique to enhance any energy-raising activity or spell. Focus on your goal before releasing the energy, then release it. |
