Hathor Feast Day Ritual

Color of the day:  Gold
Incense of the day:  Poplar

Color of the day: Gold
Incense of the day: Poplar

Patroness of the sky, Sun, music, dance, and the arts, the ancient Egyptian cow goddess Hathor was worshipped with great music and dancing today. In honor of her feast day, surround yourself with music and beautiful creativity. From a piece of cardboard, cut out the shape of two cow horns with a circle in the middle. Cover this with aluminum foil. If you can find gold foil, even better! Place this in a special place in your home, asking Hathor to bless you with creativity and inspiration. Then play your favorite music and dance, even if you are simply moving to the music while seated in a chair. Dance for Hathor, for healing, and for divine inspiration. Allow this free and fun energy to flow through you, revitalizing your body and spirit.
