Connect your energy with the Mother Earth, breathing in her love and compassion. Center your awareness on your inner being and use her energy to purify places within you that are in conflict. Patiently and lovingly move and transform your inner wars into peaceful energy. Breathe deeply and fill yourself with a clear violet light, and move it out of your crown into the universe. Feel your loving, peaceful energy meld with the others who are working for peace. Breathe deeply and pray for peace everywhere. |
