Bring together a mirror, lavender incense, and a violet candle. In a semi-dark room breathe in the beauty of the scent and the candle's glow. Look at your reflection in the mirror. Begin by making ugly faces and grimaces. Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Whisper three times, "Thou art Goddess and thou art God." Breathe in that magical statement. Smile and open your eyes, looking straight into the reflection in the mirror. See how beautiful you are! |
