When we're held back by our fears, we unintentionally limit the opportunities available to us. Use this spell today to help free yourself from ingrained responses and negative thoughts or habits that limit your creative expression and true nature.
First, make a simple drawing of a house. This represents your soul.
Now, pause and meditate on the limitations you face every day, whether self-imposed or otherwise. Draw in fences, furniture, walls - any objects that stand for limitations you create or experience within and around you. Name your challenges.
Next, meditate on what you truly want to have. In your mind's eye, bring order and a sense of purpose to objects that block you. Allow texture, smell, color, and the vibrancy of the senses to complete the inner picture.
When you're ready, open your eyes and burn the drawing you made, releasing all that hold you back.
