Call Back Your Power

Sometimes in life, we lose bits of our personal power: traumatic events, destructive relationships, injury-many situations can cause us to loose personal power. But it's still yours; it's still out there in the Universe, and it belongs to you.
So why not call it back to you. Lie flat on your back and close your eyes and visualize that you are under a grand tree in the sunlight. The tree represents the Universe. Talk to the tree, and tell it you have lost something that you wish to return. The tree rustles in the breeze and leaves begin to fall down, only a few at first, then more and more. As they fall, they seem to be glowing with life.
As each leaf lands on you, it absorbs into your body and you welcome them. They are parts of yourself, your energy, and you welcome them home. Rise empowered.
