Shape-Shift with the Morrighan

It's the New Moon phase, so contemplate your personal connection to the Dark Goddess. Consider the ways you express (or repress) the energies of revenge, darkness, and the negative side of your psyche. Think of the Goddess as Crone and how she presents herself to you.
Carry a piece of lapis lazuli and a black feather (preferably raven).
Visualize the Morrighan shape-shifting into the raven and shadowing your steps. At night, by a body of fresh water - like a river, lake, or creek - burn a dark-blue candle that you've anointed with oil of myrrh and consecrated to the Morrighan.
Meditate on the mysteries of the Dark Goddess. Come to an understanding of your darker side, and resolve to overcome any negativities and to use your power of darkness wisely, and only when all else fails. Remind yourself to shape-shift into the raven when you wish to emulate this wisdom.
