You must love yourself in order to create healthy relationships with others. For this spell you will need a mirror and a fragrance that is special to you: a perfume, incense, or essential oil.
First pamper yourself today. Treat yourself to a nice meal, a walk in the woods, a massage- whatever brings you joy.
To encourage an attitude of self-love, look at yourself in the mirror. Remember that we are all unique and beautiful.
Speak out loud the things you love most about yourself- not just physical characteristics but also personal ones. Inhale the aroma you selected as you look at yourself in the mirror and name your beautiful qualities.
The goal is to associate the attitude of self-love with the scent, so that when you wear it or smell it, you are reminded of your true beauty.
