Make invocation this day to the spiraling forces of peace that unite heaven and earth. Bring balance to your life not by trying to equalize work and play but by fleshing out resentments and dealing with them. Set boundaries around the ways you wish to spend your precious time, and be clear in your articulation of them to others. Enlist friends, colleagues, and family in supporting you in what is most improtant to you. Create harmony by selflessly putting yourself first.
In other words, just like an oxygen mask on a plane, you are advised to take care of yourself and so you are then best able to care for others. Call to the Goddess as Mary, Eyasha, Eirene, or Tara to bring about the desired result.
