The coming of the harvest season can bring a lot of challenges. It's easy to overwork and find ourselves exhausted, cranky, and struggling to keep up. So today, take a few minutes to take care of yourself.
Fill a bowl with water (you can add a drop of orange or lavender essential oil) and dip your hands in. Wash away your assumptions about what you "should" do or "must" do.
Let your mind clear. Cup water in your hands and say:

"Guide my hands."

Touch your forehead and say:

"Bless my choices."

Finally place your hand over your heart and finish with these words:

"My heart guides the work of my day."

As you move through your day, listen to your heart. See if you can hand off tasks to someone else, or do them in a way that requires less effort or that brings more joy.
