It's said that we are 1/4th genetic material, 1/4th early life experiences, 1/4th random luck and chance, and 1/4th the result of choices we make and their results. We can't change our genes or early life experiences, but we can make choices that shape our experiences and actively influence luck in our lives. You wouldn't be who you are today without all you've lived through.
Take stock of the big experiences, learning, and relationships you've had. See how they've shaped you, making you unique. Give thanks.
