Color of the day: Black Incense of the day: Ginger In a small bowl, gather snow, if it's available; if not, use crushed ice. Write what you're angry about on a slip of paper and put it underneath the snow in the bowl. Sprinkle a little sugar on top for sweetness. Place a floating candle on the top of the snow and light it. Say: "As hard feelings melt I no longer grieve. Warm my heart this New Year's Eve." As the snow melts, let go of your hard feelings toward the person. Holding on to anger will only end up hurting you in the end, so release it with love before the new year begins and move on. |
