Take Back Your Power

Sometimes we give our power away because at the time it seems easier than rocking the boat. Sometimes shock, injury, or sorrow can chip away at the bright, shining pieces of your spirit, but that power belongs to you, so take it back.
Burn some rose incense while doing this meditation. Lie down someplace comfortable with a quartz crystal on your heart chakra, and visualize little stars that used to be part of you scattered to the wind. Now feel the crystal ignite and pulse with your own being. It becomes a beacon, sending out wave after wave of a signal that attracts these "soul pieces" that belong to you. Feel them coming back to you as if they're following the signal home. One by one you feel these stars returning to your body until they have all returned and you glow with your personal power.
