Deep Emotional Detox Bath

Color of the day:  Lavender
Incense of the day:  Lily

Draw a warm bath. Dissolve into it one cup sea salt, a half cup Epsom salt, and a quarter cup baking soda. Crush the leaves of seven sprigs of fresh rosemary between your fingers as you strew them across the surface of the water. Add the petals from three fresh white roses. Near the water, place a white candle and a stick of frankincense incense, and light.
Stand over the water and direct your palms toward it. Relax your body and mind and then visualize bright white light streaming down through the top of your head, down to your heart, and out through your palms into the water as you say:

"Yemaya, Great Goddess, may this
water purify me deeply, inside and out.
On every level, and in all directions
of time, may I be purified and healed.
Thank you."

Soak for at least forty minutes. Keep drinking water on hand and drink generously.
