Concentrate on grounding yourself fully in your body. Wiggle your toes and fingers a little. Then hold a piece of carnelian in your projective (usually right) hand. Focus on increasing your energy level. Stand up and move around. You may want to turn on lively music at this stage. Keep the stones by your bedside for use each morning. |
