Misunderstandings happen at the best of times, but at the holidays they can be especially distressful. Use this stovetop-simmering potpourri to help ease nerves now and throughout the month.
Charge about 1/4 cup each of the following herbs before adding them to a small saucepan of water: sweetgrass(blessings), lemon peel (courage), roses (love), lavender (peace), and cedar (purification). Allow the potpourri to simmer and scent your home. Replenish the herbs as the aroma starts to disappear.
