Spell to Embody Nurturing

Even if you do not have a good relationship with your own father, the concept of fatherhood can become a positive force in your life. You can become a strong and nurturing force in the lives of your friends and loved ones.
On seven slips of paper, write down seven different qualities you associate with a good, nurturing father figure-for example, affection, humor, or generosity. Put the slips of paper in a jar, and each day for a week, pick one slip of paper from the jar and embody that quality for the entire day in your interactions with others. See if you can offer the kind of strong and nurturing energy you associate with an ideal father figure.
