On this Father's Day, honor your male ancestors with this simple yet powerful offering. You will need one white candle and a quiet space to perform this. Ground and center your energy, light the candle,and say this prayer:

"With this flame, I light a torch along the road. Let it be a beacon for the fathers who built my blood and the men who made the family line. Let it be a beacon for the sons who grew up and the brothers we have lost. I light this torch to acknowledge their struggles, to appreciate their works, and to honor their memory. I light this torch to be in spirit with them once more and to walk this path together with them in hallowed breath. Blessed are the fathers who planted the seed. Blessed are the fathers who tended the crop. Blessed are the fathers who became the earth!"
