On this day in 1964, the Beatles landed for the first time in the United States. Their arrival is legendary. When the feet of those four young men touched US soil, a shock wave was sent across the world that is still going. The Beatles' music and style set off rhythms and pulses of love that resonated deeply with our souls and intentions for a better world.

Today, grab your favorite drum, tambourine, or rattle. If you have none of these, clap your hands. Bang on your drum, shake your rattle or tambourine, or clap your hands, slowly at first, then faster and faster, until you can feel the beat in your soul. When the rhythm reaches a crescendo, let loose a whoop or a holler. Know you are energetically connected to the rhythms of the universe. Know you are a rhythm that can send good vibrations across the world.
