We all know that inner beauty is what counts, but it never hurts to look your best—especially for a special occasion. Keep in mind that an attitude of self-love is at the core of this spell. Know and see your true beauty and others will too.

Place a small piece of amber in a glass of cool water and let it soak for at least an hour. As you dress and prepare to go out, use this elixir to wash your face or add it to a bath. As you wash, repeat these words three times:

The more I love myself,
the more beautiful I’ll be.
I will shine, I will glow—the
best of me is what they’ll see.
