The root of health is sleep. The best healing happens at night. If you can’t sleep well, you probably don’t heal well either. So focus on ensuring a good night’s sleep to improve the rest of your health.
You can make a dream pillow by sewing a pouch or by putting one drawstring bag inside another, with their cinched openings in opposite directions. Fill the pouch with herbs for healing and sleep. A good combination of seven magical herbs is hops, chamomile, catnip, lavender, mint, rose petals, and sage. Use organic herbs if you can find and afford them. Fill most of the space with hops and/or chamomile, then add smaller amounts of the other herbs. Close the pouch by sewing it shut or pulling the drawstrings. Then say:
Sweet herbs, send me peaceful
Tuck the dream pillow into your bed and sleep with it at night.
