If you find yourself awake in the wee hours, try this breathing meditation and spell to help you slip back into sleep. The number four represents stability, and a firm foundation is the basis of this work.

1. Breathe in for four counts.
2. Hold for four counts.
3. Breathe out for four counts.
4. Hum (or chant a single sound)
for four counts.
4 x 4 x 4 x 4

Repeat as many times as needed.
