Let’s get in the spirit of spring cleaning and bring it to our electronic devices and social media accounts. Throughout the year we collect and store lots of things on our phones, computers, tablets, etc. Whether it’s unopened files on your laptop or just a slew of random friends you don’t know or haven’t connected with in a while, now is the perfect time to clear out all the digital clutter that has no room in your life anymore.

Spend a couple of hours today sifting through your old files, knowing that you are getting rid of things that have no relevance to your life anymore. Thank them for the memories or purposes they once served and then delete them. As you clear out the unwanted clutter, say, “Be gone!” or “Thank you for you for your service,” or whatever is appropriate. When you are done, burn some clearing incense and welcome in a fresh start!
