POSTED UNDER Air, Summer

Time to Get Outdoors

Color of the day:  Coral
Incense of the day:  Thyme

Most of us work indoors nearly all the time. It's summertime. Time to get outdoors. Find a private place and visualize it as a magical island. Read aloud Caliban's speech from Shakespeare's The Tempest:
Be not afeard; the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that
give delight, and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand
twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears;
and sometime voices,
That, if I then had waked
after long sleep,
Will make me sleep again:
and then, in dreaming,
The clouds methought would
open, and show riches
Ready to drop upon me;
that, when I waked,
I cried to dream again.

Let yourself sink into a dream and see the twangling instruments. Hear their music and other sounds of nature. Pull the music into your body and let it heal whatever is unwell in you. Receive the riches dropping from the clouds: healthy breathing, happy inner organs, overall good health. When you awaken, stretch and explore your magical island.
