Oh, Sugar, Sugar Sweetening Spell

A sugar sweetening spell is perfect for adding a bit of pleasantness to a souring situation, whether it's off-vibes within the home or office or a relationship that has gone stale. Sugar spells are quick and easy, so give it a try. You will need:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried rose petals
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds
  • ½ teaspoon rose quartz chips
  • A bowl
  • A glass pint jar with a lid
  • A scrap piece of paper
  • A pen or pencil
  • Rose essential oil
  • A pink tealight candle

Mix the sugar and the dried herbs and rose quartz chips together in a bowl. Transfer to a glass pint jar. On the scrap of paper, write who, where, or what situation needs sweetening. Anoint the paper with a little rose oil and place in your sugar jar. Fasten the lid. Light the candle and set it on the lid, allowing it to safely burn down. The wax that drips over will seal your spell.
