Sit in a comfortable position, ground and center however you prefer, and then visualize yourself standing in the center of a web that stretches outward in all directions from your heart. Visualize those important people at the end of each outward thread, and send pulses of golden light down the threads as you say:

Together we are strong, together we belong. Know my heart is with you all the day long.

Continue this for each meaningful relationship that you would like to reinforce. When finished, take three grounding breaths. As you do so, visualize the golden light emanating from your heart, and allow it and the web to fade out of view as you reabsorb it and the energy grounds.
