Color of the day: Green Incense of the day: Jasmine For this spell you will need a large ice cube and a bowl. Put the ice cube in the bowl and, with both hands, hold the bowl up just in front of your face. Take a deep breath in and hold for a moment while thinking about the things causing you stress or anxiety. Gently breathe out. Do this twice more. Now take a deep breath in, hold for a moment, and with three powerful exhales blow your stress into the ice cube. Then say: My stress is frozen outside of me. Place the bowl in a location where it will not be disturbed (particularly by children or pets) while the ice melts. As the ice melts, take some time for yourself to do something enjoyable and relaxing. After the ice is fully melted, dispose of the water down a storm drain or flush it down the toilet. |
