Continuing our Ozark Rites series, class two will feature both traditional and modern methods of magical cleansing and clearing. This is still an important part of Ozark folk magic even today where modern healers and practitioners draw from the well of tradition to cleanse magical illnesses, hexes, curses, and even unwelcome spirit influences from their homes and lives. In this class, we will be looking at three cleansing methods that use an elemental base: water, smoke, and fire. As a part of this hands-on workshop, participants will be able to craft their own herbal bath and smoke mixtures.
