Introduction. Deep emerald green is the color that typically characterizing the astral plane associated with healing, whether mental or physical. Healing through PK Energy-Channeling is based on the concept that certain astral planes are primary sources of healthful and healing powers in their purest forms. This procedure taps into those sources to draw those powers and channel them to specific biological targets. OBEs and PK are possibly the most direct way to access and channel the healing powers of higher energy planes.

PK Energy-Channeling requires approximately one hour in a comfortable setting free of distractions. The procedure requires approximately one hour, preferably with a mined emerald (or image of it) resting in either hand. Here’s the procedure:

Step 1. Goal Statement
While resting comfortably in either a reclining or lying down position, formulate your goals and state them as specific expectations. With your eyes closed, use imagery whenever possible to envision the desired end results.

Step 2. Affirmation and Visualization
Settle back and let yourself become more comfortable and relaxed. Verbalize your intent to enter the out-of-body state and access higher sources of healing and wellbeing. Visualize yourself enveloped in light, secure and protected by the power of higher astral planes. Remind yourself that you can at any time exit the out-of-body state by intent alone and return with ease to your physical body.

Step 3. Emerald in Hand
With an emerald (or if no emerald is available, an imaginary emerald) resting in either hand, close your eyes and focus on the innermost region of your being. As you sense the emerald resting in your hand, allow any area of darkness to give way to emergent light, until you are totally infused with bright, positive energy. 

Step 4. Induction
To enter the out-of-body state, form a clear image of consciousness as a light form gently rising from your physical body, which remains in a serene state of relaxation. Form images that are relevant to you, including those involving motion such as a bird in flight or a leaf drifting gently in the breeze. Let yourself flow with the imagery as you sense yourself being slowly lifted from your body. Don’t rush it—allow adequate time for the out-of-body state to emerge, and then affirm: I am totally protected and secure as I travel out-of-body to distant realms of power.

Step 5. The Emerald Plane.
With consciousness disengaged from the biological body, visualize an iridescent astral plane of emerald green, radiating healthful energy. Allow the plane to become clearly visible, and then give yourself permission to ascend and interact with it.

Step 6. Astral/Physical Interaction
Let yourself enter the plane and draw from its concentration of healing energy. Take plenty of time to become fully infused with powerful energy. Once fully infused, imagine an astral cord of energy connecting you to your biological body resting at a distance, and use that cord as a channel to transport radiant, healing energy. During channeling, the typically glowing astral cord will take on added brilliance. Allow channeling to continue until your physical body radiates powerful healing energy. Select as needed specific biological organs or systems and infuse them with bright healing energy.

NOTE: When the designated recipient is another person, consent of the recipient is essential to the effectiveness of the channeling process. Envision that individual and their present physical location if known. Imagine a dynamic channel of energy connecting you to that person, and use it to transport healing energy from the emerald green astral plane. Envision your targeted subject infused with glowing health and vitality. Whenever required, focus on specific body organs or regions of your subject and saturate them with healing energy.

At this step, an out-of-body visit with a consenting and receptive subject can be used to supplement the PK channeling process. Healing out-of-body visitations are recommended only after an abundant supply of healthful astral energy has been gathered. The out-of-body visitation is designed to transport the accumulated energy and transmit it to the receiving subject.
