Now is the time to deal with this, and to address any unnecessary imbalances in your life. Start with some simple Thursday visualizations. If you see "difficult" people in your life today, look at them and visualize their physical body being spiralled away from you. Picture their image fading from your mind. If you will not see the troublesome person today, do this visualization anyway. Just remember you do not to wish them any harm. You simply want them out of your personal space. If you find they are verbally intimidating you, imagine yourself holding a mirror to them. In this visualization, you see their negative energy bouncing back to them and away from your own impenetrable, invisible shield. |
