Incense of the day: Maple Rutile is a black, prismatic crystal that can be found in igneous and metamorphic rocks worldwide. In rutilated quartz, rutile appears as tiny needle-like inclusions. Although it can come in other colors-such as blue, red, gray, and brown-the black variety is useful for filtering out past unpleasant memories that impact subconsciously upon the soul in a negative way.
