Use herbs for dreams, meditation, and inspiration, like lavender and mugwort. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. You're standing at the edge of a lush forest. It is twilight, a time of great magic. Walk into the forest. You are safe and warm. Walk the path until you reach a circle with a fire in the center. Approach the bookstand you see on the other side. Open the book and begin reading. Your new name will either be on the pages of the book or someone will speak it. After you receive your name, say "Thank you." Begin walking back down the path.
