In focusing on troubles, we often fail to notice that solutions and happiness reside nearby. Take one mint-flavored LifeSavers candy and breathe in the mint scent for clarity. Go into a meditative state and concentrate your vision on your problem, the hole in your life. Slowly move your awareness outward to the energy around the hole, and discover the sweetness waiting for you. Breathe in that new awareness and knowledge into your being. While still in meditation, put the candy into your mouth and let it melt while you visualize the solution melting into your problem, allowing it to slowly and sweetly disappear from your life. |
