| The Moon is growing, it's summer, and it's Saturday. It's a perfect day to cast away the trappings of your adult life, and let your inner child play a bit- you deserve it! Dig up one of your favorite childhood pictures and look at it. Remember that funny little person in the photo, and give them some love with this message:
"There you are my little friend, Been missing you a lot, Why not come out and play today And show me what you've got!" Now treat yourself to something you used to love to do as a kid, go to the zoo, do cannonballs at the pool, start a neighborhood game of baseball. Don't worry about looking sily, just do it-cast away your inhibitions. This experience will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed, and you'll feel less stressed for weeks. Maybe end the day chasing fireflies, but make sure to let them go. |
