LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Photo Power Spell

To display a photo or other type of picture is an act of magic, for photographs preserve the power of memory. The photos you keep affirm your connection with people, places, or the person you were at some time in the past, and every time you view these images, the connections are reactivated. To preserve the magical moment captured in a photo or to invoke the power of an ideal expressed in a picture, write the following words on the back of the image, or on a separate piece of paper to be inserted into the frame behind it: "Time through time, bid time return. Likeness of life, through power of art, eternally young." To further fix this spell, you can also draw symbols such as hearts, flowers, and the infinity symbol, or attach colorful stickers, to the back of the picture or paper.
