Spell: Water Cleansing Meditation

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

One of the powers of water is that it has the ability to dissolve and erode. In the heat of the summer, being in the water is very soothing. It's a perfect time to use the power of water to dissolve away energies that no longer serve us.
You can go to an ocean, a river, or even your bathtub. If you're in a natural body of water, no preparation is necessary. If you're in your bathtub using tap water, you may wish to add sea salt or Epsom salt. As you soak, visualize dark flecks within your energy system releasing and floating free of your aura and being completely dissolved in the water, rendering them neutral. Free yourself of all anxiety, stress, and toxic vibrations of any kind. Feel the water lift them away, then visualize the water around you glowing in light as it creates a magical shield.
