Meditate today on releasing yourself from addictions that prevent you from using your natural-born gifts. Addiction may not be drugs or alcohol for you. It's whatever or whoever you're so attached to that it could ruin your life. Today's meditation is just one step on a journey away from addiction. Begin by acknowledging that.
