| Banish extreme anger from yourself or others by creating a bind rune that you carry with you. You'll need a small piece of good-quality paper and a black marker to create the rune. Do so by the light of a blue candle.
To make the bind rune, draw a horizontal line about two inches long. In the middle, cross it with a vertical line half that length. Turn each end of the horizontal line into the rune Algiz, which looks like a pitchfork (x ). Starting at the bottom of the vertical line on the right-hand side, draw the rune Uruz, which looks a bit like a tilted n ( u). On the left-hand side, draw Uruz reversed, so that the whole thing looks a bit like a threepronged fork. Repeat at the top of the vertical line, with the rune now also being upside down. Fold up the paper and carry it on you. |
