Spell: Carry Me Tarot Meditation

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Life is full of journeys-and not just the kind where you jump in a car, plane, or train and go on an adventure. Challenges, even the day-to-day sort, are journeys that carry us to (hopefully!) higher destinations. Sometimes these trips are hard. Use this tarot meditation to get over the most challenging of challenges.

You will need the Six of Swords, the Eight of Cups, and the Chariot. As you lay out each tarot card, visualize your particular issue and relate it to the images on the card. Then speak the incantation for the card aloud, as follows:

Six of Swords (representing where you are now):
"I have moved on from rough waters."

Eight of Cups (representing where you are going):
"I rise above it. There's no turning back."

Chariot (representing your attitude):
"I am in the driver's seat."

Repeat this meditation each time you embark on a challenging journey of any kind.
