Spell: Magical Mouthwash

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Words are powerful. What we sa y out loud has a tendency to manifest. This magical mouthwash will help your words flow in a positive direction. As an added bonus, the herbs in this recipe contain antibacterial properties that are actually good for your oral hygiene!

Ingredients:
* 5 fresh sage leaves
* 5 fresh peppermint leaves
* 1 organic rose petal or 3 drops rose water
* Glass jar with a tight lid
* ½ teaspoon sea salt
* 5 ounces boiling water

Put the leaves and rose petal/rose water in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Dissolve the salt in boiling water. Pour the water over the leaves, allow it to cool, then strain. Stir the mixture with your finger and say:

I speak with wisdom,
gentleness, and confidence.

When you wish to use the mouthwash, shake it in the jar and repeat the affirmation. Take a mouthful, swish it around in your mouth for twenty seconds, then spit it out.

Keep the mouthwash in a tightly lidded jar in the fridge for up to one week.
