| Because we spend so much time at work in close contact with so many different people, many of our most difficult relationships are with coworkers. Here is a pleasant way to help bring calm understanding to this environment. First, find a small bowl and fill it with a rose quartz crystal, an amethyst crystal, and bits of purple and blue silk or cotton cloth. Charge the container and its contents with a quick prayer by saying: "Through color and crystal I charge you, with calm and clarity and peace. So mote it be." Place the bowl on your desk.
