Spell: Sacred Spaces and Gratitude

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Ap ril is a great time for getting out of the house and reconnecting with a favorite spot you haven’t visited in a while. There are many different ways to tap into a specific place’s energy. Our favorites involve meditation and offerings (always compostable!).

Find a comfy place in your favorite spot and close your eyes. Feel the energy of that place wash over you and attempt to tap into it. When you can feel the energy truly pulsating around you, visualize or verbalize what about the space you are most thankful for, and send your gratitude out into the universe. Let the natural energy of the space fill you with peace and contentment.

When you are done with your meditation, leave your offering in an out-of-the-way spot as a gift to the land and the spirits that dwell there. Alternatively, you can pick up any trash around your spot.
