POSTED UNDER Blessing, Water

Spell: Well Blessing

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Use this ritual to bless a well or other water source. If you have a well that provides your water, decorate the area around it with flowers. If not, draw some tap water to serve as a symbol as you offer a blessing for the water.

We must always appreciate the access we have to clean water. Not everyone in the world is as fortunate. Water is essential for life. We honor water for what it symbolizes, as one of the four elements, but we can’t forget its practical value as well.

Recite this chant over your well or symbol of your water source:

Abundant and clean, let
this water remain,
With every drink, our lives to sustain.

Complete the ritual by drinking some water and contemplating how essential it is. Be grateful for it.
