Spell: Herbal Sun Tea for Peace and Clarity

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It's the height of summer and the perfect time to make some sun tea. Take advantage of the mighty summer sun to brew your intentions into a delicious concoction.

Gather a sun tea container or large Mason jar, fresh water, fresh mint, and fresh chamomile. (Dried herbs will work as well.) Place the herbs in the container and then fill with fresh water. Now let the sunshine work its magic. As the tea brews throughout the day, allow the herbs to infuse it with clarity and peace. When it's time to enjoy your delicious beverage, feel the cooling flavors as they bring a sense of calm over your whole being. Refrigerate and enjoy your sun tea over the next few days.
