With the uncertain nature of the world around us, it is important that we each act in ways that create positive energy and joy. This spell will help enhance the energy of the small goods you do.

Choose a small, selfless, positive act to perform. It can be anything, so long as it's done for the good of others, without regard for what you get out of it. Choose something small that is easily within your means. This can be anything from leaving an extra-large tip for your barista to volunteering for a local charity.

Before you perform this act, take a moment to yourself. Take three deep breaths and say silently to yourself or aloud:

I do (name of act) with the intent of bringing positivity to my community. I do (act) to help others, not for me. My work brings joy and good energy. As I do will, so must it be.
