If you've got a hot date coming up, take a shower to get clean, then run a hot bath. Add one or two cups of Epsom salts and ten drops each of rosemary and eucalyptus essential oil to the water while it's running. Soak in the water for thirteen minutes. Think of as many pleasant things as you can remember or imagine, from running in a summer breeze to eating your favorite food.
