Walk around the area very slowly. Deepen and slow down your breath. As you are walking, get in touch with how the wind tickles your arms and face. Breathe in and smell the air. Allow your eyes to take in the surroundings. Sur-render to this moment and become aware of your body, your breath, and the world around you. The present moment is a place of joy and serenity. Simply walking and simply breathing can help bring you back to that place of being. |
