Incense of the day: Lavender The best piece of advice that I can pass on about developing psychic ability is to strengthen the communication with your higher self on a continuous basis. We may be inherent receivers of psychic perceptions, but the higher self connects with spirit and acts as a sender of perceptions. To encourage this, sit in a comfortable position, relaxing your mind and body. State these words: "Spirit who guides me, I wish to connect with thee." Visualize a gentle flow of energy reaching from your crown to the realms of your higher self. Allow the images to guide you. Your higher self may be revealed in many different ways. Listen for any messages. Ask your higher self to give you a sensation, such as a tingle on the back of your neck, to signal when he or she wants to communicate with you. Thank your guide, and visualize the flow of energy returning back to you. |
