Incense of the day: Peony Sometimes having a multitude of options is even more frustrating than having limited options. Use this spell to help you attune to your own inner voice of wisdom in making a difficult decision. Light a white candle, and burn eyebright on a charcoal block. State these or similar words: "I call to the night and the shadows to guide me in my decision." Write out your possible choices and the pros and cons of each choice. Pay attention to any sensory perceptions you may encounter. Allow yourself to meditate, listening to the voice of inner wisdom. The wisdom may not come immediately, but be alert for the next few days. Allow extra relaxation and meditation time, as the voice is more apt to speak when the mind is open and at rest. |
